1.2. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date.

1.3. Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure will receive a full refund minus a administrative fee.

2.2. Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days before departure will forfeit the deposit.

2.3. Cancellations made 59 days or less before departure are non-refundable.

2.4. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Onboard Conduct

3.1. Guests must comply with all onboard rules and regulations.

3.2. CruiseJackpot reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest for disruptive behavior.

3.3. Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the ship or its facilities.

4. Casino Facilities

4.1. Casino access is limited to guests 18 years of age or older.

4.2. CruiseJackpot reserves the right to refuse casino entry to any guest without explanation.

4.3. All casino games are for entertainment purposes only.

5. Liability

5.1. CruiseJackpot is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from force majeure events.

5.2. Guests participate in all onboard activities and shore excursions at their own risk.
